Where do I start?! The front desk associate, Devon was great! He had a welcoming presence when we first came in to check in. Upon entering our room, we noticed the cleanliness of the room and the restroom. The remote was clean and was wrapped to ensure cleanliness. The room was beautiful, bed was amazing soft and pillows were like laying on a cloud. The bathroom was beautiful, and we were even able to request a late checkout. Devon was honestly the best front desk associate we had ever encountered ! Definitely going to be visiting this hotel back and this city! Everyone was great, breakfast was delicious and they had a nice variety ranging from waffles to cereal and to scrambled eggs and sausage patties. They also had a variety of drinks from milks to your fruit juices (orange and apple) to coffee and even refreshing water with lime slices. Overall great hotel, great staff, and great city. If I could give more stars I would, my love and I agreed this was the best location out of our entire trip. 👌

The room was lovely, very comfortable, the bathroom exceptionally clean and well-appointed. Loved the shower. I liked the breakfast (pre-made and wrapped mini-quiche (I had that and it was very good for pre-made) my partner, who prefers a hearty, freshly made breakfast did not; he had both the bagel sandwich and the English muffin sandwich, both with egg, cheese and a meat but found both lacking. I thought, given the ongoing COVID concerns, the breakfast was pretty well done. There was also the usual selections of making your own waffle, yogurt, etc. Additionally, I had requested a room above the first floor and the desk clerk graciously put us in a lovely room on the 3rd floor well away from the elevator and the ice machine.

The staff was helpful and nice and the room was great! The room where we ate breakfast was nice and quiet after breakfast and we could meet people comfortably without distractions. It was nice to have access to laundry facilities.
